Property Co-ordinator

Pay: £7.93 per hour
Location:  Great Yarmouth
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 3rd January 2017
Hours per week:  30 hours
Job Role:

  • To undertake the effective operational delivery of housing management functions to tenants to agreed standards, towards our mission of ‘transforming young lives

  • To ensure provision of a safe and secure environment through management of Health and Safety in the Great Yarmouth scheme

Property Co-ordinator GY Job Description

Detached Youth Worker

Pay: £9.94 per hour
Location:  Caister
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 19th August 2016
Hours per week:  3.5 hours (Friday evenings)
Job Role: 

  • Front line delivery of detached youth work project.

  • To support young people who are taking part in the programme, ensuring their views are respected and listened to.

  • To encourage and empower young people to move from the status of recipients towards that of contributors.

  • To ensure that young people are treated with respect and dignity, and are empowered to make informed decisions about their own lives.

  • To develop the use of and support of volunteers in the Programme. In particular, ensuring that successful young people, who are involved the programme, have the opportunity to become Peer Mentors.

Families Team Worker (Bank)

Pay: £9.98 per hour + 12.069% uplift to cover holiday and bank holidays
Location:  Families Team Countywide
Contract Type: Bank
Hours per week:  As and when required

Job Role: 

  • To build relationships of trust with vulnerable and marginalised parents and families within the community. The aim is to be part of the prevention of care under the Alternatives to Care provision, and/or providing opportunities to enable reunification within the family unit. We can provide support and advice, build parents confidence and skills. Empowering families to experience transformation in their lives.
