Dusty Miller and friends proudly present Anchors Aweigh!

ANCHORS AWEIGH25th January 2019

Former BBC Radio Norfolk broadcaster, Tony Mallion, will compère an evening of music, drama, comedy, and magic in aid of the Great Yarmouth Seafarers Centre and Port Chaplaincy, supporting seafarers in Great Yarmouth and around the world

Directed by Thomas Bailey, international tenor Jack W Ollett , Welsh soprano Jo Westaway , dancer and singer Karla Beare, and young people’s theatre company Dusmagrik will bring music to your ears, while comedienne Leah Brown and magician Joshua Pickering Magic will wow you with their quirky humour and a "piece of the unexpected"

A highlight of the evening promises to be excerpts from Pearls from The Grit – the recent hit show about Lowestoft’s almost forgotten fishing village. Writer Dean Parkin , travels back in time to piece together the story of what made The Grit such a special community and place to live

All will be accompanied by your favourite local pianist Karen Smith
