Great Yarmouth Foodbank is a voluntary partnership of local churches providing emergency food and support for local people across the Borough in crisis.  They provide both emergency food parcels and advice and support through their drop-ins in Great Yarmouth and Gorleston

They depend on your donations which are distributed directly to those in need and their wish list is below:
 

general:
tea, coffee, long life milk, sugar, sachets of coffee/hot chocolate, milk, powdered milk, cup-a-soups, pot noodles, biscuits, crisps, individual cake bars, cold drinks

desserts:
tins of fruit, tins of custard, tinned rice pudding, Swiss rolls

tinned items:
tuna, sardines, corned beef, spam, peas, carrots, potatoes

 

other items:

pasta type dishes, packets of savoury rice, jars of sandwich fillings, pasta sauce, jam, marmalade

tinned ready meals:
beans with sausages, spaghetti bolognese, all day breakfast, baked beans, meat balls, Irish stew

 

cereals:
Weetabix, individual variety pack sachets, individual porridge sachets

other consumables:
washing powder, conditioner, shampoo, hair gel, soap, shower gel, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, flannels, sponges, razors, shaving foam, aftershave products, sanitary products


Donations can be dropped of at any of the distribution points at the times list below.  To arrange a donation or request support out of these hours, please contact the individual distribution point
